Allen Leonard Terry, Reeds Spring, MO, was born on March 20, 1932, in Elyria, OH, to Leonard and Wilma (Warner) Terry, and passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 93.

Allen graduated from Horace Mann High School, Gary, IN in 1950. He served in the Coast Guard on a buoy tender, The Laurel, out of Rockland, Maine.

Allen graduated from Purdue University in 1959 with a degree in Forestry and briefly worked for the State of Indiana in forestry. He then became a salesman for California Pellet Mills and finished his career with Koppers/Andritz Industry at 66 years of age.

Allen was preceded in death by his wife, of nearly 52 years, Sally (Gardner) Terry; his parents; his sister, Barbara (Terry) Henderson; nephew, Terry Henderson and niece, Bobbie (Warner) Hall.

Allen is survived by: his son, Jay Terry; daughter, Jill Jones; grandsons, Roger Haubold, Tyler Jones and Nolan Jones; his sister, Diane Shingledecker and many nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
