Anthony Kaplon, Branson, MO, son of Joseph and Pauline (Nosal) Kaplon, was born April 21, 1938, at Krakow, Poland, and departed this life on October 31, 2024, at the age of 86.

Anthony served in the United States Army.

He was united in marriage to Joanne Dannenbrink.  Together they moved to the area 29 years ago from Chicago, IL.

Anthony worked as a technician for the AT&T Telephone Company before his retirement.

Membership was held in the Cedar Ridge Baptist Church.

Anthony is preceded in death by a step son, Kent Kanak.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Kaplon of Branson, MO, four children, Stephen Kaplon, Alice Nally, Cindy Dutton and Julie Crews, eight grandchildren; James, Joshua, Julia, Jessica, Rachel, Patrick, Cassandra and Nathan; three great grandchildren; Ace, Stella and Charlie and one brother, Ed Kaplon.

No services are planned at this time.  Cremation is under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
