Arthur Roe, Galena, MO, son of John Francis and Louise C (Rothler) Roe was born on July 5, 1940, in Waterloo, IA and departed this life on June 5, 2026, at the age of 85.

Arthur served his country in the US Navy and had lived in the area since 1985.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings.

Survivors include: his wife, Carmela Roe; two sons, Tony Roe and his wife, Becky and Loren Roe and his wife, Connie; two daughters, Robin Lopez and her husband, Henry and Claudia Offill and her husband, Mike; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

No services are planned. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
