Aubrey Lee (Orbie) Dickens, Crane, MO, son of Earl and Ruby (Brackenridge) Dickens, was born on July 17, 1942, in Reeds Spring, MO, and departed this life on August 11, 2024, at the age of 82.

Orbie was a lifelong resident and worked at Town and Country Propane.

Orbie was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Ruby Dickens; wife, Betty Dickens; daughter, Sandra Jean Dickens and brother, Ronnie Dickens.

Survivors include: three sons, Johnny Dickens of Crane, MO, Shelby Dickens and his wife, Denise of Galena, MO and Scotty Dickens and his wife, Keri of Galena, MO; ten grandchildren, Donnie, John, Tanner, Brianna, Zachary, Shadrach, Luke, Logan, Sadie and Josie; sixteen great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Doug Minton officiating. Burial will be in Yocum Pond Cemetery, Reeds Spring, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
