Avis Lorrine Jackson, Reeds Spring, MO, daughter of William and Dollie (DeForest) Warren, was born January 18, 1930, in Reeds Spring, MO and departed this life on November 19, 2021, at the age of 91.

Avis had been a lifelong resident of the area.  She and her husband, James, were farmers.  Avis was a loving wife and mother, raising three children.

Avis was preceded in death by her husband, James Jackson; her parents; brother, Riley Warren; two sisters, Inez Atchison and Lucy Hembree.

Survivors include: son, Bim Taylor and wife, Chris of Verona, MO; two daughters, Gwen Patrick and husband, Kelly of Galena, MO and Lois Scobee and husband, Darrell of Sanger, TX; brother, Carl Warren and wife, Phena of Highlandville, MO; five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

A private burial will be held at a later date at Yocum Pond Cemetery, Reeds Spring, MO.  Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
