Barbara (Wheeler) Morris, Lampe, MO, daughter of Bart and Frances Wheeler was born on February 19, 1937 in Darwin, OK and departed this life on October 27, 2025, at the age of 88 with her family by her side.

Barbara was a life long member of the Church of Christ.  She worked along side her husband in their construction business.  She always took care of her family in need.  She was known by her grandkids as Bobba, name given to her by her grandson.  She welcomed new members into her family with open arms and loved cooking for her family.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Morris, parents, Bart and Frances, her three sisters, Bertha Lee Smith, Lou Jean Gooding, and Janis (Jan) Bates.

Survivors include:  daughter, Carolyn (Ronnie) Bettis of Lampe, MO and son, Rusty (Sheena) Morris of Nixa, MO, grandson Michael (Jodi) Bettis of Lampe, MO, granddaughters, Carol Lee Bettis of Lampe, MO, Beth (Justin) Thompson of Nixa, MO and Tasheena (Ryan) Kent of Nixa, MO and three great-daughters, Bailey, Taylor, and Harper, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025 in Pinecrest Cemetery, Kimberling City, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
