Betty Harris, Billings, MO, daughter of Haywood and Ruth (Angus) Smith, was born on March 5, 1933, in Crane, MO, and departed this life on February 27, 2023, at the age of 89, with her husband Ueal by her side.

Betty was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of the area. She loved to travel with her husband and in recent years they loved to go for drives. One of her favorite things to do was take their food to the 'Green Leaf Café'.

Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Ann Elder.

Survivors include: her husband, Ueal Harris of Billings, MO; three daughters, Ruth Nelson of Republic, MO, Sherry White of Springfield, MO and Diana Thompson and her husband, Danny of Republic, MO; six grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, in Crane Community Cemetery, Crane, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
