Charles Paul Wubenhorst was called home by God on 3/24/25.

He was married to Lorry Wubenhorst, the love of his life for 37 years.

He was born in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas on December 26, 1952 to his loving parents, Richard F Wubenhorst and Bethel J Wubenhorst. Chuck was a military brat living all over the world, including Naples, Italy.

Chuck was a carpenter and in his later years a truck driver. Chuck had many passions in his life, including his wife, his cats, tinkering in his garage and rebuilding and riding motorcycles.

Chuck had emense faith in the Lord, his very last post moments before he went home states "yes I am a Christian. Yes, I made mistakes. Yes, I fail. Yes, I struggle, but I'm God's mess and God can turn a mess into a masterpiece.

Chuck had three sisters Sharon Bray, Bonnie Doddridge and Lesa Balders and his big brother Rick Wubenhorst proceeding him and death in 1972.

Chuck had three children Julia Beth, Gina Lisa's, And Alan Charles, proceeding him in death September 20 24.  Chuck also had 4 stepchildren Debbie Taylor, Kevin Reynolds, Randy Reynolds,Vicki Reynolds, Arthur Hampton , and Laura Hampton who he  treated as his own. He had 8 stepgrandchildren Nathan, Phillip, Eric, Zoie, Dale, Lorry, and Amy who all loved him and 6 step grandchildren Evan, Paris, Phoenix, Cadence, Presley, and Emmaleigh who called him "Grandpa Chuck ". And many other family members who lived all over the USA.

A service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Kimberling City, MO.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
