Cheryl Brown, Galena, MO, daughter of Samuel and Virginia (Castle) Lutes, was born on December 27, 1948 in Fulton, MO and departed this life on January 08, 2022 at the age of 73.

Cheryl was the wife of a farmer who had lived in the area for the past 57 years coming from Fulton, MO. She attended Faith full Gospel Church, Aurora, MO and Fairview Church, Shell Knob, MO.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Virginia Lutes; husband, Donnie Brown; three brothers, David Lutes, Tommy Lutes and Percy Lutes and five sisters, Willadean Springer, Willamae Lutes, Imagene Costello, Patty Gossin and Hazel Turner.

Survivors include: two sons, Travis and his wife, Susanna of Galena, MO and Kevin Brown of Wheelerville, MO; two daughters, Cassie Church of Wheelerville, MO and Cindy Kerr and her husband, Michael of Reavisville, MO; six grandchildren, Patience Brown, Melody Sensenig and her husband, Dwayne, Christian Church, Daniel Church, Makayla Kerr and Destiny Kerr; one brother, Jerry Lutes and his wife, Dot and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 13, 2022 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO with Karty Burbridge officiating. Burial will be in Mars Hill Cemetery, Crane, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
