Deborah Kaye Palmer was born August 24, 1952, at United States Naval Hospital in North Kingstown, RI where her father was stationed.  She was born to Arthur Lowell Palmer and Essie Faye Lawrence Palmer.

She grew up in California, coming to Missouri in the 1990's to Reeds Spring, MO.  Most of her years here were spent at the Cottage Hill duplexes in Kimberling City, MO.

Deborah is survived by two brothers, Billy of Oregon and Jerome Palmer of Ventura, CA.  Brother Kenneth's family in Winston, Oregon.  Her step-mother, Eloise Palmer of Oxnard, CA.  A half-sister, Katie Palmer of Ventura, CA.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Palmer and mother, Essie Faye Hembree; brother, Kenneth Wayne Palmer who died in 2006.

Deborah died at her home May 25, 2021.  Graveside service will be Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Blue Eye Cemetery Blue Eye, MO with Pastor Jan Lander officiating.

Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
