Donna Maxwell passed away peacefully on October 12th 2023, while surrounded by friends at Shepherd of the Hills nursing home.  Donna was known as "Ma" by many.  Ma just celebrated her 90th birthday with family on October 7th. She lived a long, healthy and full life. She was the youngest of 13 children from a small town in southeast Kansas.

Ma loved cooking, crocheting, reading and hoarding word searches. If you had the privilege of knowing Ma, you know that she made the best pancakes, and cookies. You would also know that she would secretly pass along money to her grandchildren and insist that they not tell their parents. She has always been known for her sweet disposition and will forever be known for her kindness.

We know that she is now with her momma and that she is finally at peace. She is survived by her five children: Mary Tobiasson, Tom Maxwell and his wife, Pat, Teri Curry, Tim Maxwell and his wife, Rebecca, and Tammy Pascoe and her husband, Jeff. She also has 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday, October 16, 2023, at Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Kimberling City, MO. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
