Edith Lillian Chase, Galena MO, daughter of Ivan and Beulah (Cambell) Chase, was born October 19, 1945 in Galena, MO and departed this life on October 25, 2020 at the age of 75.

Edith was a life-long resident of the area.  She was a machine operator at the garment factory for many years.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Elsey, MO.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents; and four brothers, Ralph Chase, Carl Chase, Vernon Chase and Ivan Chase.

Survivors include: two brothers, Jesse Chase and his wife, Ilene of Galena, MO and Freddie Chase and his wife, Tomi of Stotts City, MO; four sisters, Esther Schnake and husband, Wayne of Stotts City, MO, Kay Delker of El Dorado, KS, Vera Moore of Pratt, KS and Barbara Moore of Springfield, MO and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation for Edith will be Tuesday, October 27, 2020 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Chapel Crane, MO.  Service will be Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Chapel Crane, MO with Pastor David Berryhill officiating.  Burial will be in Crane Cemetery Crane, MO.  The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations go to First Baptist Church of Elsey, MO.
