Gerald Wayne Marcell, MD, 74, passed away Feb 24, 2021 at Branson (Missouri) Medical Center. He moved to Kimberling City 8 years ago as a full-time resident upon retirement.  Gerald was preceded in death by his parents Howard A. & Margaret (Coufal) Marcell. He is survived by his son Wayne Marcell of Danbury Connecticut, sisters Loretta Massey (Don) of Topeka, Linda Croslin (Ron) of Ft. Myers Florida and a brother Dale Marcell (Judy) of Kansas City. He had three grandchildren;  Melyssa, Tristyn & Bently. A private memorial will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Gage Park Event Center, Topeka Ks. Family, friends & coworkers are welcome. Casual dress. Masks required per Covid CDC guidelines. Donations may be made to any Local Food Bank or the Alzheimer's Association.  Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
