Geraldine Perkins, Verona, MO, daughter of Alec and Elsey (Melton) Back, was born on November 9, 1935 in Reeds Spring, MO, and departed this life on January 24, 2023, at the age of 87.

Geraldine was a homemaker, truckdrivers wife and a lifelong resident of the area.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Perkins, parents, five brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include: two sons, Rick Perkins of Springfield, MO and Steve Perkins of Jasper, MO; six daughters, Peggy Houtchens of Kissee Mills, MO, Debra Bader of Valley Center, KS, Tammy Howard of Galena, MO, Dana Skolaut of Mexico, Regina Wilson of Aurora, MO and Melissa Essary of Aurora, MO a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2023 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Wayne Blades officiating, Burial will be in Yocum Pond Cemetery, Reeds Spring, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
