James Donald Gordon, 71, of Branson West, MO, passed away on May 15, 2024.  James was born on April 23, 1953, at Chillicothe, MO, to Don and Millie Gordon.

James Donald Gordon was a man of many trades including insurance salesman, paramedic, theater manager and lastly, convenience store clerk.  He was known for his dedication and sense of humor.  James had a way to make people open up to him and loved to record his thoughts in journals.

In 1982, James Donald Gordon married Delores Marie Thomsen and together they enjoyed 41 years of marriage and had two children.  James Donald Gordon was an avid motorcyclist, specifically Harley Davidson and often spent his time watching wacky online videos or photographing his surroundings.

James is survived by his wife, Delores; their children, Stefanie (Clint) McKoy and Kyle (Jamie) Gordon; two grandsons, Kolby McKoy and Ash Gordon; and sister, Karen Gordon.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Millie Gordon.

James will be remembered for his magnetic personality that drew people in and bringing joy and laughter to everyone he met and his love of animals.
