John Duane Mohling, 64, passed away suddenly at his home in Kimberling City, Missouri on the morning of April 14, 2021.

John was born at Versailles, Missouri to Pastor Duane Henry Mohling and Barbara Lou (Schniepp) Mohling on April 7, 1957. He was a 1975 graduate of Branson High School, Branson, Mo.

John had a love  for music, and playing guitar with his group of friends. He loved cutting into jazz and blues riffs. John also liked history, and loved reading about new technology, especially automobiles and railroads. John was of Christian faith.

John leaves behind his wife, Vicki Mohling, Kimberling City. They were married July 7th, 1991.  John was employed at the Walmart Supercenter in Branson West, MO.

Surviving also is his son James (Jamie) John Mohling of Fayetteville, Ar., Step-daughter Torri Jon (Beisswenger) Wilson, Boca Grande, Fl. Grandson. Tyler James Mohling, Fayettteville, and Step-grandson, Zachariah Davis, Hollister, Mo. one brother Mark Christian Mohling, Springfield, Missouri his uncle; Dean Mohling, Neosho, Missouri, cousins; Hugh Mohling, Jayne Bittle, Sarah Caruso, Luke Peterson, and many friends.

John is preceded in death by his parents, and an uncle; Larry Mohling.

John requested to be cremated. No services are planned at this time.
