Kent Fisher, Salem, IL, son of Kenneth and Juanita (Cassaw) Fisher, was born on May 4, 1951, and departed this life on August 8, 2026, at the age of 75.

Kent had lived in Salem, IL for the past thirty years. He served his country in the US Navy, was a drilling supervisor in the oil field and was a member of the Salem Country Club, Salem, IL.

Kent was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fisher; mother, Juanita Krider and stepfather, James Krider.

Survivors include: his son, James Fisher and his wife, Carla of Cape Fair, MO; daughter, Jani Bright and her husband, Stephen of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Kirk Fisher and his wife, Gale of Clarkston, MI; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

No local services are planned. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
