Lewis Smith, Galena, MO son of Charley and Ruby (Austin) Smith, was born on March 16, 1936 in Galena, MO and departed this life on November 10, 2021, at the age of 85.

Lewis was a lifelong resident of the area, he served his country in the US Air Force and was a member of the Cross Roads Church, Galena, MO.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and a sister.

Survivors include: his wife, Joyce Smith of Galena, MO; one son, Randy Smith of Galena, MO; one grandson, Charley Smith; two step grandsons, B. J. Sartin and his wife, Lisa and Bear Sartin and his wife, Shawna; one brother, Lonnie Smith and his wife, Linda and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Galena Cemetery, Galena, MO with Charles Smith officiating. Burial was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
