Middleton C. Jones, Reeds Spring, MO, son of Middleton N. and Dorothy (Bowman) Jones, was born December 21, 1944 in Northfork, VA and departed this life on June 13, 2020 at the age of 75.

Middleton had been a resident of the area for twenty years, moving here from Kansas City, MO.  He worked in construction building houses and cabinets.  He served his country proudly in the United States Navy.

Middleton was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jones; his father and one son, Robert N. Jones.

Survivors include: his mother, Mary Gosney of Washington state; two daughters, Stacy Brashear and fiancé, Lloyd Jones of St Joseph, MO and Tracy Lucas and husband, Wade of Goodland, KS; one brother, Richard Gosney of Olympia, WA; one sister, Laurie Godfrey; seven grandchildren, Destiny Brashear, Gregory Brashear, Kera Brashear, Michelle Benson, Mark Best, Brandon Best and Jennifer Traxel and sixteen great grandchildren and his constant companion, Buddy, his dog.

No service is planned at this time.  Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
