Nora Jane Williams "Jane", Springfield, MO, daughter of William R. and Nora Jane (Cox) Lovelady, was born January 5, 1933, at Columbus, KS, and departed this life on March 28, 2024, at the age of 91.

Jane married John C. Williams in 1955 at Sturgis, KY.

Membership was held in the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, P.E.O., Dollabilities Doll Club, the Table Rock Lake Quilt Guild and the Red Hat Society.  Jane loved quilting, doll collecting and spending time with family and friends.

Jane and John moved to the lake in 1984, John died in 2001 and Jane lived there until 2016 when she moved to Creekside Independent Living in Springfield, MO, where she enjoyed activities, cards and many good friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Nora Lovelady, husband, John Williams, daughter Kathryn Williams Kluhsman, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Nellie Lamers and her husband, Rob of Galena, MO.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Kimberling City, MO, with Pastor Ron Rasmussen, conducting the service.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Ozark Food Harvest.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
