Patrick Leo Booth, Blue Eye, MO, son of Leo H. and Dorris (Duncan) Booth, was born October 30, 1947, in Anchorage, Alaska, and departed this life on January 26, 2023, at the age of 75.

Pat had been a resident of the area for twenty-two years, moving here from Jackson, TN.  During his working career he was an air traffic controller.  He was a member of the Ozark Mountain Community Church in Blue Eye, MO.  He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael Booth.

Survivors include: his wife, Jan Miles Booth of Blue Eye, MO; Son, Matthew Leo Booth and wife, Tina of Alamo, TN; daughter, Annamaria Booth Whalen and husband, Tom of Beaver Falls, PA; sister, Anita Leanne (Bubba Booth) Fender of Pottsville, AR; four grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation for Pat will be Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Ozark Mountain Community Church Blue Eye, MO 10:00-11:00 a.m. with the service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jason Moore officiating.  Burial will be in Nelson Cemetery in Reyno, AR on Monday, February 6, 2023.
