Paula Brown, Galena, MO, daughter of Clifford and Inez (Gideon) Smith, was born on September 18, 1952, in Galena, MO, and departed this life on July 25, 2024, at the age of 71.

Paula was an office manager and a lifelong resident of the area.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Inez Smith; brother, Dallas Smith and sister, Esther Jones.

Survivors include: her husband, Juan Brown of Galena, MO; son, Gary Brown of Galena, MO; three daughters, Misty Smith and her husband, Barry of Hollister, MO, Amy Held and her husband Colin of Hollister, MO and Chris Frendle and her husband, Steve of Kansas City, MO; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2024, in Crane Christian Church, Crane, MO with Barry Smith officiating. Burial will be in Galena Cemetery, Galena, MO. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
