Robert Eugene Hazen, Lampe, MO, son of William O. and Irene Marie (Roths) Hazen, was born January 15, 1954, at Colby, KS, and departed this life on November 22, 2024, at the age of 70.

Robert moved full time to the area with his wife, Marla, in 2007.

Robert worked as a Superintendent for Southwest & Associates, in Burrton Ks. Before retiring. Later went to work as foreman for Southern Stone County Road and Bridge.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Brett Boys.

Robert "Bob" is survived by his wife, Marla Hazen of the home, stepson, Justin Cook, wife Liea, and granddaughter Maci, and mother-in-law, Ann Richards, all from Lampe, Mo, three brothers, James " Jim" Hazen of Grinnell, KS, Richard "Dick" Hazen and wife Dee, of Salina, KS, Ron Hazen and companion Deb of Cheyenne,  WY, three sisters, Ginger Seibel of Salina, KS, Marie Schmidt and husband Virgil of Golden, Co, and Karen Boys of Logan, KS.

Bob is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time.  Cremation is under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
