Rodger Alfred Birkholz, Kimberling City, MO, son of Alfred and Viola (Warner) Birkholz, was born February 22, 1942, in Howard Lake, MN, and departed this life on October 17, 2022, at the age of 80.

Rodger had been a resident of the area for 18 years, moving here from Fridley, MN.  Before retiring he worked in sheet metal construction.  He was of the Lutheran faith.

Rodger was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: his wife, Susan Birkholz of Kimberling City, MO; son, Rodger M. Birkholz and wife, Brittney of Coon Rapids, MN; daughter, Tamera Lynn Powers and husband, Wayne of Circle Pines, MN; brother, Jerry Birkholz and wife, Karen of Paynesville, MN; sister, Jan DuFour and husband, Ed of Center City, MN; four grandchildren, Justin Michael Powers, Nicholas Albert Powers, Rodger Michael Birkholz Jr and Clayton Matthew Birkholz and a host of other family and friends.

No service is planned at this time.  Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
