Roy H. Stevenson, Reeds Spring, MO, son of Paul and Pauline (Harrison) Stevenson, was born October 7, 1933, in Sabula, MO and departed this life on June 22, 2022, at the age of 88.

Roy had been a resident of the area for thirty years, moving here from Gray Summit, MO.  He was a carpenter by trade.  And he served his country proudly in the United States Navy.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Ronald Daves.

Survivors include: his wife of almost 68 years, Arlis Stevenson of Reeds Spring, MO; two sons, Darrell Stevenson of Harrison, AR and James Stevenson and wife, Sue of Hamilton, NJ; two daughters, Karen Daves of Anderson, SC and Cheryl Schlemper and husband, Kenneth of Pacific, MO; brother, Troy Stevenson of Wildwood, MO; six grandchildren, Sandi Sellers (Weldon), Ronnie Daves (Brandi), Tim Stevenson, Amy Stevenson, Zachary Schlemper (Lauren) and Kellie Cowsert (Clinton); and ten great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial Service for Roy will be held Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Stumpff Funeral Chapel Kimberling City, MO at 2:00 p.m. with Weldon Sellers and Zachary Schlemper officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
