Theresa A. Pruchniak, Reeds Spring, MO, daughter of Lewis and Ann (Shropshire) Pruchniak, was born September 17, 1951 in Chicago, IL and departed this life on August 24, 2020 at the age of 68.

Theresa had lived in the area fifteen years, moving here from Rockford, IL.  She had worked for a construction company as a supervisor.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: her daughter, Kaytee Czaplewski of Reeds Spring, MO; two brothers, Ray Pruchniak and wife, Laurie of Florida and Bob Pruchniak and wife, Kim of Illinois; one grandchild; one great grandchild and a host of other family and friends.

No service is planned at this time.  Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
