Thomas Edward Napier, Marionville, MO, son of Max and Etta (Leavell) Napier, was born on September 10, 1935, in Du Quoin, IL, and departed this life on April 19, 2025, at the age of 90.

Tom graduated Eastside High School, East St Louis, IL, then went on to college at Illinois Wesleyan, Bloomington, IL. He served his country in the US Army from 1958 to 1960, then married Mary Hall on October 24, 1975. Tom worked in the banking industry in Chicago, St. Louis, and Little Rock. He attended the First United Methodist Church, Marionville, MO and enjoyed fishing and boating.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Max and Etta Napier.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Mary Napier and a host of family and friends.

A celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026, in First United Methodist Church, Marionville, MO with Pastor Mark Whalen, Jerry Jenkins and Rick Stumpff officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
